How fast can you quote?
You get a written reply within two working days. The quotation follows the BOM review; lead times are confirmed per component market.
Where do you deliver?
Across Europe. Other destinations are confirmed case by case.
Who contracts with our end client?
You do. We act as your supplier; your client contract and your client relationship stay with you.
How is pricing structured?
No list prices. A procurement mandate is quoted per package or per margin agreement within a framework contract.
What about warranty and returns?
Warranty and return handling are defined per project in the framework contract, following the manufacturer's terms.
